• Shipping & Delivery

• Police, Fire ,Ems Supply Store carries over 50,000 items in stock at all times.  We are proud to offer same-day shipping on all in-stock items.  When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail message that will state the stocking status of your items ordered.  In-stock items are always available for immediate shipment.  If items are not in stock, you will be furnished with an estimated turnaround.  

  Please note the following conditions for immediate shipping of in-stock items:

  • Orders for in-stock items are shipped the same business day (Monday through Friday) when received before 2 p.m. Eastern Time. Orders received after this time are shipped the next business day.

  • Same-day shipping excludes weekends and holidays.  Orders for in-stock items received during Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will ship the next business day.  

  • Ground shipping originates from New Jersey and can take up to six business days to reach some USA  destinations.

  • You will be furnished a USPS tracking number via e-mail when your order is shipped.

  • Once an order is received, you will receive an e-mail message with the in-stock status.  You may also call (732) 202-8843 during business hours Eastern Time to check in-stock status of any item.




• Warranties

• Priority 1 Uniforms does not offer warranties on any of the products that we sell. Priority 1 Uniforms is not responsible for the warranties offered by the Manufacturers of our products. For warranty issues with malfunctioning products the customer must contact the manufacturer. We will attempt to assist you with the process as much as we can. • Return Policy

• Customers who wish to return a product must notify Priority 1 Uniforms within seven days of receiving the product. We need to be contacted by Email at pfems@optonline.net. There will be a 20%Restocking Fee for all items returned. If Priority 1 has made an error in the processing of your order there will be no Restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns. Orders that were processed incorrectly will be replaced immediately by Priority 1 Uniforms Customers will receiveIn Store Credit Only for all returns.
